Ladders is seeking a Sr. Architect for Data & Analytics to shape modern data architecture strategy and guide cloud analytics delivery for enterprise environments. This is a remote role based in the US with no visa sponsorship available.

The position balances hands‑on technical depth with architecture leadership and client‑facing influence, partnering with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable, governed architectures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related consulting roles.
• Hands‑on experience with two platforms among Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering large‑scale cloud data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, integration, and governance.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, guiding production‑quality code.
• Experience leading architecture workshops and complex delivery initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of modern data architectures across environments.
• Translate business and analytics requirements into technical architectures.
• Define standards for data governance, security, and quality.
• Facilitate architecture workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Build relationships with client executives and technology leaders.
• Guide teams in productionizing data solutions and CI/CD practices.
