Job Description

In the role of Domain Project Lead 2, you will be responsible for leading large data platform migration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering value to clients.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research, benchmarking studies, system configurations, and assessment of new technologies.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveness.
• Leverage scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates.

Required Skills and Experience

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Prior experience leading enterprise migration programs (Teradata, Oracle, Netezza to Snowflake).
• Certifications such as Snowflake and AWS Solutions Architect.
• Experience with FinOps and cost governance in cloud data platforms.
