Job summary

The Providencia Group is seeking a Data Analyst to join a remote-first team. You will design and maintain Power BI reports, build scalable data models, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive actionable insights across complex datasets.

Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Dataverse is required, with SQL, Python, and R skills highly valued. This is a full-time remote role with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse data integration and management.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling best practices.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analytics.
• Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of complex Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Architect scalable data models and optimized queries for large datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Power BI with business systems.
• Create and optimize data models, relationships, calculated columns, and measures.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance within Power BI and Dataverse.
• Develop and implement new data visualizations using alternative technologies.
