Job summary

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Data Analyst (Reporting) to develop KPI frameworks, analyze operational data, and produce recurring reports for a federal/DoD-aligned environment. This remote role supports PMO, dashboard teams, engineering, and operations by turning raw data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics, with strong skills in Excel, SQL, and BI tools, and holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of experience performing reporting, analytics, or data analysis.
• Experience developing KPIs and tracking SLA performance.
• Experience producing weekly/monthly reports for federal, DoD, or large enterprise environments.
• Experience analyzing alert logs, incidents, or operational performance datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop KPI calculations and performance measurement frameworks.
• Track SLA performance and identify deviations, risks, or improvement opportunities.
• Analyze monitoring alerts, incidents, performance logs, and operational data for trends.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytic reports and executive summaries.
• Support dashboard teams in defining metrics, data sources, and visualization requirements.
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across multiple data sources.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support operations, engineering, and leadership decision-making.
• Maintain reporting templates, standards, and metadata definitions.
• Identify anomalies, performance bottlenecks, and recurring issues.
• Document analytic processes and ensure alignment with program reporting requirements.
