Job summary

Arlo Solutions is recruiting a Data Analyst (Healthcare Fraud) to support the VA War Room by analyzing VHA claims, enrollment, and exclusion data using Palantir and related tools. You will build and test rules to detect fraud and surface prioritized leads for review, contributing to provider 360 views and anomaly detection.

The role is essential personnel with responsibilities across data extraction, dashboards, and weekly analytic runs, reporting to the Analytics and Technology Program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
• 2-5 years of federal healthcare data analytics experience.
• Strong coding skills in SQL and Python (or PySpark/R).
• Proficiency with analytics platforms, data pipelines, transformations and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Write, test and document business rules and algorithm logic mapped to FWA schemes.
• Support provider risk-scoring and case-prioritization criteria.
• Configure, code develop and deploy on VA's Palantir platform including data pipelines and integration.
• Help combine claims, enrollment and exclusion data into a single Provider 360 view.
• Run weekly analytics feeding War Room decision packages and lead lists.
• Extract, clean and analyze federal healthcare data for FWA identification.
• Back-test rules and track rule precision; support QA and corrective actions.
• Benchmark VHA data analysis with CMS data and methods.
• Build dashboards and visualizations for quarterly fraud trend reports.
