Clarium is hiring a Data Analyst to turn raw data into decisions, partnering across the business to build queries, models, and dashboards. The role emphasizes SQL proficiency, Python data cleaning, and clear communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in analytics, data, or BI roles.
• Strong SQL proficiency with joins, window functions, CTEs, and large tables.
• Strong Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, Jupyter).
• Hands-on experience with relational databases; PostgreSQL and Snowflake preferred.
• Working knowledge of Git for version control and collaboration.
• Ability to scope analyses from vague questions and work independently.
• Track record of building dashboards and recurring reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize SQL to extract, join, and aggregate data across large relational datasets
• Use Python to clean, transform, and analyze data
• Independently explore datasets to surface trends and opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders
• Partner with product and customer success teams to scope ambiguous questions into analyses
• Investigate data quality issues and coordinate with engineering to resolve them
• Document data definitions, metrics, and methodology so results are reproducible
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
