Join a California-based organization delivering prevention programs and mental health services, supporting HIPAA compliance and stakeholder reporting. This remote role offers collaboration with the Analytics and Insights team and occasional travel to Sacramento as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in healthcare, computer science and/or a related field.
• 4+ years of Healthcare Data Informatics/Analytics experience or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies to provide high-quality data to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and visualizations for stakeholders to inform decisions based on data.
• Strengthen data monitoring and validation to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Perform analysis to assess data quality and meaning across datasets.
• Maintain a shared library of reusable assets for the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adapt to changing needs.
• Handle sensitive data with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance when needed.
