Acesoft Labs is seeking a Data Analyst to join a remote, US-time zone environment on a contract-to-hire basis. The role emphasizes data validation, reporting, and analytics delivery for Commercial Operations. Strong Excel and Power BI skills, plus a service-oriented mindset, are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel proficiency with formulas and parameters.
• Experience in data stewardship, reporting and analytics delivery.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with detail orientation.
• Fluent English, strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data validation and stewardship for datasets within scope.
• Provide reporting and analytics support to Commercial Operations teams.
• Perform data extractions from multiple databases.
• Calculate, validate, and upload monthly data for Field Force Incentives, including attainment and reporting.
• Manage Field Force and marketing-related applications such as SFA.
