Eliassen Group is seeking a Data Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and translate needs into data solutions. You will design metrics and dashboards, deliver BI insights, and support governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, and access controls.

W2 consultants receive a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k with company match, and life insurance. The position is remote with potential work in Richmond, VA as needed.

Formación

• Experience with scripting in Python, R, Spark, or SQL.
• Experience with a business intelligence visualization tool.
• Experience querying, analyzing, and working with data languages and platforms.
• Experience with Snowflake services.
• Experience with AWS services preferred.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality management concepts and tools such as Informatica DQ preferred.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the business to translate needs into tools, metrics, and dashboards for insights and visualization.
• Drive analyses that yield actionable insights on business strategies.
• Promote and enforce data quality management principles including metadata, lineage, and business definitions.
• Collaborate with technology teams to manage security mechanisms and data access governance.
• Build and execute tools to monitor and report on data quality.
