EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a seasoned Data Technology Consultant to advance our Data & AI practice. You will own presales, architect modern cloud data solutions, and guide migrations from legacy warehouses to lakehouse platforms, delivering measurable business value across industries.

You will bridge technical depth with strategic advisory, engaging senior stakeholders and shaping enterprise data strategies to unlock new analytics and AI use cases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data technology consulting or data architecture delivering enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Strong legacy data warehousing and ETL migration experience (Oracle, DB2, Informatica, SSIS).
• Proven track record leading large-scale data modernization programs into production.
• Excellent communication and executive-level advisory skills translating tech into business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end presales lifecycle: solution design, scoping, and effort estimation.
• Drive client discovery workshops to formulate legacy migration roadmaps and data strategies.
• Design modern cloud architectures for data and AI solutions using lakehouse patterns.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and tech teams to align solutions with client objectives.
