The position requires 7+ years of experience with 3+ years in production ML, proficiency in Python/SQL, and experience with Databricks and MLflow. Remote USA options are available with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in production ML.
• 2+ years building ML models for forecasting or inventory problems.
• Experience with Databricks and MLOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build and validate ML models for inventory and demand forecasting, and document model validation.
• Automate identification and validation of product substitutions during supply disruptions.
• Build LLM and agentic workflows inside a governed, auditable AI operating model.
• Run MLOps on Databricks (MLflow, model serving, monitoring).
• Deliver dashboards and analytics for supply chain stakeholders.
