Job summary

Third is building the intelligence layer behind its creative operations. As a Data & AI Engineer, you will own data architecture, AI integrations, and engineering systems powering the platform. Expect hands-on work ranging from scalable pipelines to LLM-powered video analysis and search.

You will design robust data models, integrate APIs, and develop end-to-end features for dashboards, content libraries, and reporting tools, with autonomous technical ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production data-intensive applications.
• Strong backend engineering with a focus on data pipelines and databases.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs into production environments.
• Ability to design scalable data models and asynchronous processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data pipelines connecting performance, sales, engagement, and creator data across platforms.
• Develop data models, databases, and backend infrastructure using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL.
• Integrate third-party APIs, manage rate limits, authentication, and async workflows.
• Build LLM-powered workflows for video analysis, tagging, and insights; develop semantic search.
• Develop end-to-end features including dashboards, search interfaces, and content libraries.
• Own engineering solutions from architecture to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
