Qualifications

• 2–4 years in data acquisition or vendor management within a data-driven org.
• Experience with data licensing models and data integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SFTP, and file delivery methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake prerequisites with the Data Ingestion team.
• Maintain data feed documentation and schema mappings.
• Troubleshoot delivery failures with data ingestion teams.
• Track NDAs, Data License Agreements, and amendments.
• Log contractual parameters and renewal dates in central systems.
• Monitor SLAs and data quality against contracts.
• Reconcile usage, data volumes, and invoices with procurement.
