Job summary

Vector Security, Inc. is seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer to design, build, and support enterprise CRM solutions as part of a large-scale transformation.

This role emphasizes custom development, Power Platform automation, and third-party integrations, including DocuSign, within a complex, integrated systems environment. The position focuses on plugins, Dataverse extensions, model-driven and canvas apps, and REST API integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse development experience.
• Strong experience with C# plugin development.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems via REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure integration services (e.g., Service Bus).
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Solid understanding of D365 data structures, workflows, and security models.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and extensions in Dynamics 365 CE.
• Configure and extend Dataverse entities, forms, views, and security roles.
• Build and support Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas) and Power Automate flows.
• Design and support API-based integrations using Azure and middleware services.
• Implement and maintain DocuSign ISV integrations within Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with QA, Business, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Support testing, deployments, and post-release issue resolution across environments.
