Qualifikationen

• Division I athletic background is required and central to mentoring.
• Experience working with kids in roles focused on focus, growth, or development is required.
• Ability to earn trust, set standards, give direct feedback, and read the room with young athletes.
• Clear and steady video communication; provide updates to parents and staff.
• Punctual, organized, reliable; manage student needs and follow through.

Aufgaben

• Hold one-on-one video sessions to guide students through their academic day.
• Discuss mental game, training habits, and recruiting realities with students.
• Build a steady, credible relationship as a mentor and guide for academics and sport.
• Help students navigate the learning platform and develop study/time-management skills.
• Uphold standards of effort and focus; give direct feedback and praise when deserved.
• Provide parents and staff with clear updates on progress and needs.
