Job summary

Pellera is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion, using the standard PMO processes. You will manage small, medium, and large client projects and participate in team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices.

The ideal candidate has a background in GRC and Red Team projects (NIST, HIPAA, PCI ROC assessments) and prior client-facing experience managing multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PMP and ITIL certifications preferred.
• Experience with cybersecurity projects and GRC/Red Team projects.
• Client-facing with multiple projects managed simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Review SOW and plan activities.
• Coordinate resources with managers and assign project resources.
• Lead kickoff calls with slide decks.
• Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders.
• Maintain the project plan and PSA updates.
• Approve project timesheets and invoices.
• Track progress and close out projects with surveys.
• Mitigate risks through communication and escalation.
• Lead project meetings and drive team collaboration.
