Job summary
BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity Associate in Seattle to join a dynamic team handling cyber incident response, crisis management, and regulatory defense. You will advise clients on privacy and cybersecurity regulatory compliance, and represent clients in investigations related to cybersecurity, AI, and data protection.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of privacy or cybersecurity experience, an ABA-accredited law degree, strong written and verbal
Qualifications
- Three or more years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or privacy law.
- Experience with incident response and cybersecurity investigations.
- Background in cybersecurity counseling within the private sector or government.
Responsibilities
- Lead cyber incident response and crisis management efforts.
- Advise clients on privacy and cybersecurity regulatory compliance.
- Represent clients in cybersecurity, AI, and privacy investigations.
- Provide legal guidance on technology and corporate transactions.
- Support cybersecurity companies with legal compliance in security research.
