Job summary

Apollo Information Systems, Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to own the delivery portfolio of Cybersecurity Services for the State of Texas.

This hands-on leadership role ensures on-time engagements, first-submission acceptance, and solid financials under a single prime relationship. You will coordinate delivery across assessments, advisory, incidents, and managed services, working with Apollo leadership, SAIC, DIR, and customer stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience in cybersecurity, IT managed services, or technology consulting.
• Experience delivering under a government contract (state, local, education, or federal).
• Proven ability to manage prime contractor or channel partner relationships.
• Familiarity with Professional Services Automation platforms and Microsoft 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle for the portfolio of concurrent engagements under the DIR MSS contract.
• Maintain program- and project-level plans, milestone schedules, and RAID logs.
• Run the full delivery cadence including intake, scoping, estimate, execution, delivery, acceptance, closeout.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Apollo leadership, business units, SAIC, DIR, customer stakeholders, and Apollo's project manager and engineering teams.
• Own the program budget with PMs across all projects, including revenue/cost forecast and staffing.
• Identify cross-project risks and issues threatening program-level objectives.
• Manage CJIS program including ensuring background checks and CJIS eligibility.
• Contribute to PMO processes and capture activity with delivery estimates and past performance data.
• Develop update reports to key stakeholders to ensure no gaps in understanding of status.
• Observe current Program Manager across customer calls.
• Build an inventory of engagements, commitments, and open risks.
• Capture undocumented context (customer preferences, escalation paths).
