Job summary

SailPoint is seeking a Cybersecurity Control Analyst to drive control assessments and strengthen our GRC program. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to translate control requirements into actionable security insights across SailPoint’s SaaS and enterprise solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in Security/Risk/Compliance, familiarity with major frameworks, and the ability to lead testing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of Security, Risk, and Compliance experience.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO, FAIR, OWASP, CIS).
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOX, GDPR, FedRAMP.

Responsibilities

• Drive Cybersecurity control assessments and contribute to the GRC program.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to implement control testing processes.
• Lead prep work for control testing and advisory requests; guide 6-12 month roadmap.
