Job summary

Keyfactor is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to support external communications, social media, and content programs that build brand awareness and strengthen our reputation. The ideal candidate excels at writing, storytelling, and translating cybersecurity topics into clear content for various channels.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have 3+ years of relevant experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing social media programs for B2B technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills for corporate comms, blogs, newsletters, and executive materials.
• Experience managing editorial calendars, content workflows, approvals, and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit press releases, blog posts, infographics, awards submissions, and newsletters in line with approved messaging.
• Support media relations, including briefing materials, media inquiries, interviews, and agency coordination.
• Coordinate assets and materials with internal and external teams.
• Support awards programs with internal and external partners, manage submissions.
• Manage corporate blog and Source newsletter calendars from drafting to publishing.
• Develop social content translating product launches and tech topics into clear posts.
• Identify opportunities to connect executive perspectives with company milestones.
• Monitor social performance and suggest content optimization.
