Keyfactor is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to craft external communications, social content, and editorial workflows that reinforce brand and thought leadership. You will translate complex cybersecurity topics into clear, engaging content across channels, working with executives, internal teams, and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, PR, Marketing, English, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing social media programs for B2B technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or similar.
• Strong writing and editing skills for corporate communications, blogs, newsletters, and executive materials.
• Ability to translate technical topics into clear content for diverse audiences across channels.
• Experience managing editorial calendars, workflows, and approvals.

Responsabilités

• Draft and edit press releases, blog posts, infographics, award submissions, executive materials, newsletter content, and other external communications.
• Support media relations activities including developing briefing materials and coordinating inquiries.
• Coordinate communications assets with internal teams and external partners.
• Support awards programs with research, inputs, and submissions.
• Manage corporate blog and Source newsletter editorial calendars and approvals.
• Develop social content that translates product news, market developments, and executive perspectives into posts.
• Monitor performance trends and adjust content strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with Brand, Communications, and Product Marketing teams to extend reach of campaigns.
