Hoplite Group seeks an experienced Cyber Strategy and Policy Advisor to support a U.S. Government advisory effort focused on USEUCOM AOR. The advisor will help partner-nation defense stakeholders align cyber strategy and policy with operational missions and defensive cyberspace planning.

Remote support (CONUS) and forward engagements (OCONUS) will be required, with a plan for quarterly travel beginning January 2027. Immediate availability is requested.

Competenze

• 7+ years of defense experience, including military cyberspace strategy development and operational planning.
• Ability to translate strategic guidance into cyber missions, CONOPS, operational plans, and capability priorities.

Mansioni

• Assess cyber strategies, policies, missions, and planning with partner nation counterparts; identify gaps and advising priorities.
• Translate national/defense guidance into cyber objectives, missions, and capability requirements.
• Develop or refine CONOPS, DCO plans and annexes, staff procedures, and planning tools.
• Integrate defensive cyber into land, air, maritime, space, and cyberspace planning with mission analysis and COA development.
• Analyze cyber dependencies affecting command and control, and identify protection priorities for continued operations.
• Advise on command relationships, information sharing, and incident-response coordination; align prep and recovery with priorities.
• Design and facilitate planning workshops and tabletop exercises; document risks and actionable recommendations.
• Prepare planning products, capability-gap inputs, and AM&E inputs; connect findings to actions.
