Job summary

Duncan Solutions, LLC is seeking an IT Solutions Analyst – Cybersecurity to support security operations across the organization. You will work with the Cyber Team to monitor, respond, and harden controls, collaborating with the CISO to align with risk and compliance requirements.

The role focuses on incident response, vulnerability management, and security engineering, with opportunities to influence security posture and engineering standards within a remote-capable team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of cybersecurity/IT security experience.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST 800-53, PCI-DSS) is preferred.
• Experience with security controls testing, incident response, or threat hunting.

Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to Tier 1 & 2 security incidents.
• Monitor SIEM and security tooling; document findings and resolutions.
• Analyze security architectures and data flows for gaps and improvements.
• Translate business requirements into documentation and user stories.
• Support security validation, testing, and tooling improvements.
• Track security event trends to identify threats and improvements.
• Document system behavior, requirements, and test results.
• Assist with incident investigations and post-incident reviews.
• Ensure activities align with compliance requirements and internal policies.
