Highmark Health seeks a Senior Cyber Incident Responder to lead investigations within the Cyber Fusion Center and ensure CIRP adherence across incidents. You will coordinate resources, delegate tasks by complexity, and interface with internal teams to define scope and actions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in malware analysis, forensics, or cyber incident handling, with a Bachelor's in a related field and a track record of incident response across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 6 years of information security experience with HITRUST CSF or NIST 800-83 substitutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate expert technical support to resolve enterprise cyber defense incidents.
• Correlate incident data to identify vulnerabilities and remediation steps.
• Analyze logs from hosts, networks, and IDS to detect threats.
• Triage incidents: scope, urgency, and impact; identify vulnerabilities.
• Perform cyber defense trend analysis and leadership reporting.
• Collect forensic images in a forensically sound manner for remediation.
• Handle real-time incident response tasks for deployable IRTs.
• Receive and analyze network alerts to determine causes.
• Document incidents from detection to final resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.
