Job summary

ICF is actively recruiting an experienced Software Developer to advance cyber analytic capabilities for a large federal program. You will work with customers and researchers to automate analytics, develop production systems, and support CI/CD pipelines while contributing to defense-focused initiatives.

This role emphasizes building scalable, automated solutions, and requires a security clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Development OR equivalent combo of education and relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years of applicable experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Python Development experience.
• Minimum 1 year of professional development experience using AWS serverless architecture.
• Demonstrated experience with federal cybersecurity requirements.
• Experience with analytics (file, network, host-based, etc.).
• Active security clearance required and US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Work with cyber personnel to automate analytic processes.
• Create automated analytic capability sets (signature, behavioral, heuristic, anomalous, ML).
• Develop platforms to elicit operational impact.
• Support CI/CD pipeline design, development, deployment, and production readiness.
• Provide post-deployment support through full lifecycle of capabilities.
• Analyze data, refine analytics, and upgrade analytics and countermeasures.
