Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager for CX Intelligence & AI (CXI) to drive cross-functional execution across CX Ops, Programs, Product/Engineering and Analytics.

You will own the AI-enabled CX roadmap, manage OKRs, and partner with analytics to deliver scalable, data-driven improvements that power Coinbase's customer experience. Requirements include 10+ years in technical program management, deep cross-functional collaboration, and familiarity with Looker/Snowflake.

Formación

• 10+ years in technical program or product management within large-scale tech.
• Experience transforming CX with AI/automation roadmaps.
• Ability to align engineering, product, analytics and operations around strategy.
• Familiarity with Looker, Snowflake and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Define a strategic roadmap and partner with Engineering to deliver high-priority CX initiatives.
• Own a portfolio of agent tooling and AI automation projects spanning analytics and channels.
• Uncover CX opportunities with ambiguous problems and align leadership on priorities.
• Define north-star metrics and quarterly OKRs; manage performance reporting.
• Document processes and rollout tooling changes across CX; drive AI-first improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Analytics to translate insights into roadmaps.
