Qualifications

• Experience with CX measurement principles (NPS/CSAT).
• Proficient in reporting, analysis and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

• Experience supporting data warehousing initiatives.
• Experience with data modeling or self-service dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CX data across products and geographies to identify trends.
• Develop actionable insights and dashboards to support use cases.
• Prepare and present analysis-based reports to stakeholders.
• Design and maintain self-service dashboards for teams.
• Apply statistical techniques for segmentation and deep dives.
• Build topic models to illuminate the end-to-end customer journey.
