Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home-Based Cut & Sew Production Coordinator to keep factory communication, sourcing, quotes, samples, timelines, and project updates organized. You will act as the operational link between Heavenly Studios’ team and overseas factory partners, ensuring requests are followed, records stay current, and risks are surfaced before impacting quality, cost, or delivery.

In this role, you will gather information, document communication, provide clear internal updates, escalate decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willing to work overnight/US hours.
• Experience with factory coordination or sourcing is preferred.
• Familiarity with fabrics and cut‑and‑sew apparel is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily factory communications and relay to the Cut & Sew Specialist.
• Use Alibaba, WhatsApp, email, and approved channels; send concise requests; confirm details in writing; follow up and record outcomes.
• Support coverage across Chinese factory hours and U.S. hours to protect quality, cost, timing, and confidentiality.
• Provide clear, timely internal updates; summarize status, actions, facts, questions, risks, and next steps; keep logs organized.
