Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customs brokerage experience required.
• Knowledge of B3/CAD entries, HS tariff classification, duties, and Canadian customs compliance.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review customs documentation and process B3/CAD entries for high-volume ecommerce clearance.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and CBSA to resolve complex clearance issues and ensure compliance.
• Support automated brokerage workflows and contribute to continuous improvement.
