Job summary

INLT LLC is recruiting for a Customs Brokerage Specialist to support cross-border shipments for the Amazon Customs & Trade (ACT) team. You will own daily clearance operations across ocean, air, rail, and truck shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders, sellers, and vendors to ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

• Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation and supply chain or U.S. Customs rules and regulations.
• Basic Excel knowledge for navigation, simple calculations and lookups.
• 2+ years of customs entry writing experience with high-value shipments.

Responsibilities

• Verify completeness and accuracy of onboarding documents and records.
• Prepare and submit import documentation to regulatory agencies for timely release.
• Perform data entry for entry filing, tariff classifications, and inspection records.
• Monitor clearance status and escalate issues with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Generate and track delivery forms ensuring compliance requirements are met.
• Meet daily and weekly KPI targets for entry submission accuracy and timeliness.
• Support Customer Service escalations related to cross-border shipments.
