Amazon's Cross Border team in Nashville is seeking a Customs Brokerage Specialist to manage daily customs clearance operations for ocean, air, rail and truck shipments. You will coordinate with freight forwarders, sellers, and vendors to prepare documents and monitor clearance timelines.

The role emphasizes data accuracy and regulatory compliance while supporting entry filings, classifications, and inspections to deliver reliable, customer-centric international logistics services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in Trade Compliance and/or Supply Chain industry such as customs agent/officer, compliance specialist, or customs operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee dynamic shipment holds and examination resolution
• Collaborate with service providers to solve shipment issues
• Coordinate with origin and destination logistics teams
• Provide 1st Tier support for Customer Service queries
• Coordinate product classifications and regulatory compliance
• Audit data submissions for entry filing and inspections
• Maintain relationships with government agencies as needed
• Build SOPs for regulatory changes and share with teams
