Job summary

American Income Life Insurance Company is seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals for a fully remote role on our growing virtual team. No prior industry experience is required as we provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and the tools needed to succeed.

In this role, you will work directly with members to explain programs, assist with applications and enrollment, and maintain accurate records while staying current on procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, reliability, and willingness to learn emphasized over prior industry experience.
• Comfort with remote work and managing responsibilities in a remote environment.
• Ability to stay organized and proactive in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, administration, or similar is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with members through phone and virtual appointments.
• Learn about each member’s needs and questions.
• Explain available programs, options, and next steps clearly.
• Assist members with applications, enrollment, and digital documentation.
• Provide timely follow-up and help resolve outstanding questions.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records.
• Stay up to date on program information and internal procedures.
• Deliver a positive and professional experience during every interaction.
