Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for customers by phone and email.
• Coordinate and schedule field engineers for onsite visits.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of tickets and records.
• Manage customer requests from intake to resolution with timely follow-up.
• Keep accurate customer records and CRM updates.
• Support internal teams with information, reports, and admin coordination.
• Create and distribute professional correspondence and business documents.
• Maintain scheduling and departmental documentation including time and expenses.
• Build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and service delivery.
