Job summary

Gabb Wireless in Utah is seeking a friendly, capable Customer Support Associate to guide families through our safe-tech products. You’ll answer questions by calls and chats, troubleshoot issues, and help customers feel heard and valued while using Gabb devices.

Bring at least 1 year in customer service, comfortable with learning new software, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. The role offers a competitive $18/hour pay, potential quarterly bonuses, and a remote-friendly, but Utah-based

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year(s) of experience in customer service.
• Prior experience in a contact center, preferably for a technology product or service preferred.
• Basic technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new software, devices, and systems.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to actively listen.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately.

Compensation: This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $18, with the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus based on performance.
