Qualifications

• Two monitors are necessary for this role.

Responsibilities

• Be the difference between a happy customer and a disconnected line; handle ~4+ calls per hour across the USA.
• Explain cellular phones, billing, and general questions; guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
• Stay organized while using multiple systems; have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and two monitors.
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive team culture.
