Sinch is seeking a Customer Success Project Management and Strategy Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive NRR growth and improved customer outcomes. You will apply project management discipline and strategic problem-solving to shape CS strategy, partner with Sales, Product, Finance and Data teams, and deliver results across the organization.

Formación

• 8+ years in project or program management or related fields.
• Ownership mentality and ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; experience with Excel/Sheets; SQL/BI familiarity.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com) and CS platforms may be beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple cross-functional Customer Success projects from requirements through delivery.
• Own and drive the delivery of CS annual OKRs and build project plans with scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, budget, and risks.
• Prepare regular status updates and dashboards for leadership, flagging risks with options.
