Job summary

Sinch is seeking a Customer Success Project Management and Strategy Manager in Chicago to help shape our CS program into a strategic, revenue-focused function. You will lead cross-functional projects, build robust plans, and drive OKRs with senior leaders across Sales, Product, Finance and Data teams.

You will apply strategy consulting rigor to structure ambiguous problems, develop financial models, and deliver actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in project or program management, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or customer success operations.
Ownership mentality and accountability to deliver results.
Ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel or Sheets; SQL or BI tools a plus).
Experience with PM tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com) and CS platforms.
Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple cross-functional Customer Success projects from requirements through delivery.
Own delivery of specific CS annual OKRs and track progress.
Build and maintain project plans with scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, budget and risks.
Keep a single view of active initiatives with a simple intake and prioritization process.
Establish lightweight standards (templates, RAID logs) for the team.
Prepare regular status updates and dashboards for leadership, flagging risks with options.
