Job summary

Caribou is looking for a proactive, organized, and articulate Customer Success Specialist to manage inbound customer communications, handle customer complaints, and assist with the pending Lender Approval process. You will answer inbound calls, provide professional, accurate responses, and maintain detailed notes in internal systems.

Location flexibility includes remote work from AZ, CO, DC, IL, MD, TX, and VA, with in-office or hybrid options in Denver, CO or Chandler, AZ.

Qualifications

• Able to handle high-volume email and phone communications.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.
• Strong sense of accountability and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls from the queue.
• Provide accurate, professional responses; escalate as needed.
• Maintain detailed notes in internal systems.
• Address loan payoff and insurance binder requests.
• Elevate complaints per internal process.
• Monitor inbound email queue; respond promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent communication.
• Triage third-party emails and route to the appropriate departments.
