Job summary

DAT Freight & Analytics seeks a Customer Success Manager to join our Inside Sales team, headquartered in Beaverton, OR. This is a fully remote position supporting the Central Region, with eligibility for applicants from IL and WI.

You will bring industry experience in freight and logistics, focus on customer onboarding, training, and proactive communication, and drive retention and growth in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong B2B account management experience.
• Deep understanding of freight and logistics industry.
• Strategic thinker with proven ability to develop profitable customer relationships.
• Detail oriented, multitasker able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer onboarding, product training, and proactive communication to DAT carrier customers.
• Manage accounts and keep customers updated on new features and enhancements.
• Be the voice of the customer to Product Management, Sales and Product Support.
• Prospect by establishing rapport with customers to identify needs and opportunities.
• Exceed net revenue growth quota by upselling customers on additional service packages.
• Build comprehensive customer profiles with scope, growth, targets and success measurements.
• Be the primary contact for customers at DAT.
