Qualifications

• Must have prior customer success experience.
• Must be able to communicate in English with little to no accent.

Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through onboarding and setup.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure clients are using BuzzyBooth effectively.
• Build relationships with clients and proactively check in on their goals.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with our technical team when needed.
• Share client feedback to help improve the product.
• Identify upsell opportunities and help customers unlock more value.
