Job summary

MarketStar is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Intuit QuickBooks to manage a portfolio of high-value mid-market customers, ensuring retention and long-term value. This remote US role focuses on adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities within a SaaS/financial software environment.

You will lead with curiosity, align to customer objectives, and guide clients toward sustained success while navigating payments processing and related tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer success or mid-market account management role.
• Experience with SaaS, financial software, or subscription-based models.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform customer strategies.
• Experience onboarding and implementing new solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value mid-market customers and own their overall success.
• Drive adoption and value realization through proactive engagements, training and support.
• Develop and execute personalized playbooks aligned to customer activity.
• Identify reasons for low adoption and address them to reduce churn.
• Monitor health metrics and create risk mitigation plans.
• Conduct business reviews to realign goals and needs; plan next steps.
• Identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell and renewals.
• Provide timely, high-value information and product updates to customers.
