Arctic Wolf is seeking a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) Commercial to manage a portfolio of corporate customers remotely in Germany. You will act as a trusted advisor, drive renewals and expansion, and help customers maximize the value of Arctic Wolf’s CyberSOC solutions.

The role requires strong product knowledge, strategic oversight, and proactive relationship management. The ideal candidate speaks German and English, with 5+ years in sales and a passion for customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of success in a sales role, preferably tech.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a set of corporate customers using Arctic Wolf’s CyberSOC solution.
• Achieve renewal and expansion targets through consultative selling.
• Upsell by positioning additional Arctic Wolf service offerings.
