Job summary

Mercor is hiring for a remote Talent Success Support Engineer. You will triage and investigate bug reports, work with our engineering team to resolve issues, and maintain an upbeat, professional tone in English.

The role requires substantial overlap with Pacific Time and is open to candidates residing in Latin America. You will engage with talent applying on our platform, reproduce issues, and guide users through troubleshooting while collaborating with the AI-enabled SaaS stack.

Qualifications

Debug and triage web apps end-to-end.
Experience with modern web stacks (React/Node/Next.js).
2–5 years supporting customers on web applications.
Familiarity with AI systems and tools (LLMs, agents).

Responsibilities

Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end; reproduce bugs and identify root causes.
Debug across AI+SaaS stack using telemetry, logs, and queries.
Triage issues with sound judgment; offer workarounds or guidance.
Surface product risks and patterns to engineering leadership.
Create runbooks to reduce repeat issues and speed resolution.
Communicate clearly and empathetically with users.
