Job summary

LighthouseAI is expanding its team and seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Customer Success Specialist to support our remote customers. This full-time role focuses on data accuracy, regulatory awareness, and driving adoption of LighthouseAI products and services.

You will manage relationships, monitor usage, provide insights, and coordinate feedback with product and marketing teams. Working hours are 8am–4:30pm ET, and compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Pharma state licensing knowledge or regulatory compliance experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and quick learner of software.
• Ability to document findings clearly and communicate effectively.
• Experience with data validation or regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with assigned customers as primary contact.
• Understand customers' business needs and provide targeted insights to maximize success.
• Engage customers via virtual meetings, calls, emails, and other channels.
• Monitor customer usage to detect issues and maximize value of LighthouseAI.
• Reach out monthly to SaaS customers to encourage engagement and feedback.
• Coordinate NPS surveys monthly and post onboarding.
