Job summary

Illumio is seeking a Customer Success Advisor to drive value for customers by onboarding, adopting, and successfully utilizing Illumio products. You will build strategic roadmaps, monitor adoption health, and partner with Sales, Services, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure measurable outcomes and strong customer advocacy.

You will engage with executive sponsors, set definitions of success, forecast renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or related, customer-facing role.
Ideally you will have worked within the Cyber Security or Enterprise SaaS space.
Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts
Excellent communication skills verbal, written and presentation.
Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in an ever-changing environment.
Ability to travel onsite to customers.

Responsibilities

Drive customer adoption by addressing adoption issues and executing plans to improve adoption health.
Renewals – tie adoption health to renewal and forecast upcoming renewals from start to finish.
Expansion – identify expansion opportunities with Sales and realize growth within your portfolio.
Establish trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and technical teams.
Document and confirm the definition of success with executive sponsors via quarterly reviews.
Build a strategic roadmap for each customer to optimize how they consume Illumio products.
Monitor Adoption Health across all accounts in your portfolio.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to onboard customers quickly and with high quality.
Capture and document customer use cases and value stories for the CS repository.
