Job summary

TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a remote call center agent to join our team.

In this work-from-home role you will answer inbound billing and payment inquiries, process disconnect/reconnect, and assist customers online; training starts on Monday, November 16, 2026, with EST hours 9am–6pm. This position offers paid training, overtime availability, incentive programs after training and production, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with employer

Qualifications

• Typing speed 35–40 WPM minimum.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and budget bills.
• Process trouble and outage orders.

Overview

Candidates hired for work-from-home positions will receive company-issued equipment. Additional details regarding equipment policies and procedures will be provided during the interview and onboarding process.

Work Location

Work Location: This is a remote/work from home position.

Compensation

Compensation: $16.50/hour

Paid Training Start Date

Paid Training Start Date: Monday, November 16, 2026

Training Hours

Training Hours: Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm EST (hours may be adjusted)

Hours of Operation (following training)

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday: 7am - 8pm EST

After successful completion of Training and Nesting, agents are eligible for a $150 incentive. After 30 days of production, agents are eligible for an additional $150 incentive. Agent must be actively employed at time of payout.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Must have prior call center experience
• Great Attendance
• Computer Navigation skills
  • Must be able to type minimally 35-40 WPM
• Great Communication skills
• Open to working overtime – We are the client's Crisis Center therefore in the event a major storm impacts our Service Territory we will be required to work long hours to include overnight and weekends
• Adhere to a 20-minute daily break 1 hour lunch
• Multitask Skills

For Remote Positions: Minimum Internet Speed Requirements

• Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
• Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
• Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload

• Camera requirements – Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches)
