Job summary

The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) seeks a Consumer Services Analyst II to handle telephone and email inquiries, researching and resolving issues related to CDLIS/PDPS, driver licenses, and related systems. You will verify driver eligibility, screen and update records, and determine the proper actions based on error listings.

The role offers telework eligibility with periodic onsite work; training conducted in the office for 30 days.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with personal computer use, Internet applications, and Microsoft products.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to find information and identify essential information.
• Ability to listen and ask questions as appropriate.
