Position Responsibilities

WHAT DOES A WORK AT HOME CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE DO?

This position supports customer service and sales interactions. You will interact with hundreds of customers weekly across the country to resolve support issues, sell products and services, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The role requires confidence, engagement, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Our entry-level Contact Center Representatives are responsible for:

  1. Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving issues
  2. Using systems and technology for account management
  3. Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills
  4. Explaining products and processes to customers
  5. Escalating dissatisfaction appropriately
  6. Achieving first call resolution through problem-solving
