Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Support Associate to ensure smooth handling of product samples and exceptional service for customers. This role collaborates across commercialization, sales, supply chain, and operations to meet customer expectations.

You will manage sample requests, maintain inventory, prepare parcel labels, and communicate proactively via email and Teams. The position is full-time with a hybrid schedule: remote Mondays and Fridays, in-office Tuesday to

Qualifications

High school diploma required; related post-secondary preferred.
Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role or supply chain.
Excellent attention to detail and organization.
MS Office proficiency; ERP (SAP) and Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute product samples process and manage sample requests.
Maintain sample room inventory in Excel and fulfill requests.
Prepare parcel labels and coordinate shipments.
Communicate with customers and internal teams via email and Teams within 24 hours.
Support end-to-end sales processes and monitor inventory reports for impact.
