The position is remote, with potential on-site opportunities near Conshohocken, PA. Strong communication and customer-centric insights are essential to influence product and marketing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of applied research experience.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative methods.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CX leads to set research objectives and plans.
• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Present results to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships and advocate for customer perspectives.
